August 19-25

This week has been all business after vacation. Paul has been busy putting hours of study in for the GRE as well as getting trained and prepared for doing his research this year. I have been continuing the job search.
Monday, I heard back from the two jobs I applied for at Zions bank. I did a second questionnaire for them. Later, Paul's parents came up to Logan to drop off their son, Adam, for his freshman year at USU. He's the one that just got home from his mission in the Philippines. So we went to dinner and spent the evening with them. It was a lot of fun and a nice break for Paul.
Tuesday was more of the same. I passed the second assessment for Zions. I got a call to schedule an in person interview on Friday. We took Adam to run some errands then came home for more studying.
Wednesday, I heard from a job at US Bank for a phone interview. I signed up for Friday which was the earliest. Paul was hard at work and I found some time to try Whitney's sweet milk bread recipe. It turned out better than I hoped! Paul loved it too! We have the other loaf to Adam.
Friday, I had my phone interview at 10 am that I thought went really well. They will call me next week for an in person interview. Then I interviewed at Zions for a full time position. I will find out tomorrow if I got the job.
Saturday we got together with Paul's dad and Adam for lunch before they went to salt lake for a mission homecoming. Paul took the GRE at 4 pm and did awesome! (We all knew he would)
Sunday we saw some friends for games and are just getting ready for school to start up again tomorrow.
Also, Wendy got me these cute pie dishes (the Cherry pie and strawberry pie ones) I thought they were so cute! I wanted to get a third one and hang it up. Luckily, I found a deal for two! They came this week and I hung them up and am obsessed with them! They are so cute!
Love you all!
