This week was very long but the weekend was a lot of fun! I finished my first full week of work. I was still training so I didn't have customers in my name, which translates to me having a little too much boredom, which led to a long week. Something fun from work was on Monday we had a meeting where they did an ice breaker of a rock paper scissors tournament. And I literally beat everyone and the boss who was leading the meeting gave me $50

Paul is still enjoying his time working in the lab. Friday, all the interns went to Zions for Friday and Saturday but I couldn't get work off so we didn't go. Paul did a half day of work then got kicked out. He played some basketball with Matt and did some grocery shopping with Terry before I got home.

I packed our stuff on Thursday so we just loaded up the car and drove straight to salt lake to have dinner with Paul's parents at the blue iguana. Then we raced to Mom and Dad's house to watch the warriors game. Sadly, the warriors lost but there is still hope of them winning the finals. We really scared Ben because we didn't tell him we were coming over. He was prepared to defend himself with his skateboard and his friend had a golf club.

Dinner at Blue Iguana Friday with Mike's parents

Saturday Paul took me to Penny Ann's for breakfast. We shared some yummy pancakes. Ben made pancakes for his friends, so they stayed home. We met up with Ben at 11:45 am for his recital on the piano. He played Claire de Lune by Debussy. He did a great job! Then we went to the Clark planetarium. That was a lot of fun. We dropped by to see Reed but he was sound asleep.

Then we came home and made cookies. I wanted to try making fried cookie dough, so I borrowed some dough for that. It was yummy but very rich. Later we watched a scary movie when Dad and Eliza came back from Moab. Dad watched Ben's video of his recital that I recorded and we talked for a little bit before finishing the movie.

Sunday, Dad made french toast for us. After breakfast, Dad and Ben went to stake conference and Paul and I went to Logan. We switched out some clothes, checked the mail, went to church and met up with one of our friends before coming back to salt lake to play games with Ben and Dad. Paul didn't have a lot of luck with Sequence and Settlers of Catan but he was a good sport.

Then we just drove back to Provo.

Love you guys! Have a great week!
