Dec 31, 2018- January 6, 2019

This week has been fun as our last week of the break. I worked all day Monday then Paul and I went to Taco Bell and got ice cream shakes to celebrate the new year. We watched a scary movie until midnight and that made it exciting haha
Tuesday we went grocery shopping to kick off our goals for a healthier year. I worked in the evening, which was good. All the tables were very generous and kind. 
Wednesday I got the day off so Paul and I ran errands and went to the USU women's basketball game. We won in double over time! The game was pretty close the whole time and ended up being really fun to watch in the near empty stadium. 
Thursday Paul and I went to the temple and just barely missed the 1:00pm session so we got asked to be the witness couple for the next session. It's been our second time! That was a good experience. 
Saturday I worked during the day then Paul and I went to the USU men's basketball game that night. We won! We've been to three men's games so far and have won all of them. 
This morning we woke up to a couple feet of snow! It was beautiful and so quiet walking to church. Very peaceful. Paul taught his first lesson of the year and did an awesome job! We usually have about ten people join us and we had about thirty today. We had some great participation. 
I hope mom had a great birthday this week and that Amelia has a great birthday tomorrow ❤️

Monday was veterans day and I didn't have to go to work. I just did meal prep stuff to save time during the week while Paul went to school.  Other than that, the week has been busy with school and work. I tried the chicken pot pie recipe Brianna sent me and it was super yummy!  Paul and I tried the new pizza place in Logan this weekend. There was an hour wait so I put my name in when I got off work and then picked up Paul, so it didn't feel like a long wait. It was super yummy, Chicago style pizza. We also downloaded Disney+ and have rediscovered some fun movies like Swiss Family Robinson.  That's all from us. Love you all!

July 15-21

Monday I woke up to a text from Michelle Wilcox telling me that James was in an accident and was in the hospital. This alarmed me. I called Mom, Dad, and Ben to ask what happened and no one answered! Mom called me back soon after. She had been awake all night with James. He was in the Neuro intensive care unit. They wanted to watch him at the hospital for a couple days because he got a concussion and cracked his head close to an artery. They wanted to make sure he didn't get any bleeding from that. Paul and I drove up to salt lake to see him. We talked to him for 30 minutes before he went to bed. He seemed really good. He wasn't confused at all or repetitive. He was tired and had a headache.  Tuesday we watched dial M for Murder with Grandma Terry. It was really fun! Wednesday we went to Paul's cousin, Christian's, 6th birthday party. I just wanted to start by letting everyone know, who doesn't know already, that I post many family recipes online. If you don't have Charlotte's cook book near by or Mom isn't home to text you the recipe, I have provided four resources where you can hopefully find the recipe you are looking for. The picture below shows where to go to find these recipes on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and on my personal blog.  This week has been pretty good. I had a good second week working at the court house. It is only part time so I applied for another job in the evenings. I interviewed for a cleaning service that cleans offices Monday-Saturday for two hours each night. My interview was at 5:15 on Monday, so I showed up at 5:07. When the guy didn't come, I texted him at 5:20. He didn't respond until 5:30 and didn't show up until 5:50. I was quite annoyed.
